Last year I went from depositing $10k - $30k a month down to less than $1k the last 4 months Sept - Dec.
Then in January Betmgm sent me a "double offer 100% deposit match promo" claiming that I would get a 100% matched casino bonus on Betmgm & Also get the same in freeplay @ Mgm Grand Detroit 3x per week. So naturally I immediately maxed out that offer. But after depositing all that money in January I never once received the freeplay at Mgm & when I contacted Betmgm they said I needed to contact Mgm rewards, yet when I contacted Mgm rewards they said it's a Betmgm promo and nothing to do with them... Please help me they are trying to steal 1300 deposited from my account and i have had no food in 3 days and cannot pay my rent either
BetMGM is a scam. It's only take less than 5 minutes to deposit (and there are 10 different ways to make a deposit), but it would take forever to withdraw the money. Their customer service staff are the worst, unprofessional and glueless about the business. They are still holding my money, and I am looking for a class action lawsuit (since lots of people on Reddit, BBB, and other sites have experienced similar problems about withdraw money. Does any one know if there is a class action lawsuit against BetMGM?
